Made with intention,
baked with love
Nicole's Organic Kitchen started as a Sunday ritual and grew into something bigger — a commitment to real ingredients, honest food, and the families who eat it.
The story
From my kitchen to yours
I started baking seriously when my daughter was born. I wanted to know exactly what was going into her food — no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients. What began as weekend sourdough experiments quickly turned into a full-blown obsession.
By 2019 I was baking for neighbors, then farmers market regulars, then families across the Southeast who found me through word of mouth. Every loaf, every cookie, every celebration cake is still made by hand in small batches — the same way it's always been.
I source my flour from a family-run organic mill in North Carolina, my honey from a beekeeper two counties over, and my dairy from a small creamery that I've visited in person. If I wouldn't feed it to my own family, it doesn't go in the oven.
What we stand for
100% Organic Ingredients
Every ingredient is certified organic. No exceptions, no compromises. I read every label and visit suppliers whenever I can.
Small-Batch, Always
I bake in small batches so every order gets the attention it deserves. I'll never scale up at the expense of quality.
Locally Sourced
I prioritize suppliers within the Southeast — shorter supply chains mean fresher ingredients and a smaller footprint.
Community First
A portion of every order goes toward food access programs in our region. Good food should be for everyone.
Sourcing
Where the ingredients come from
I believe the best baking starts long before the oven. Here's a look at the suppliers I trust.
Family-owned organic mill operating since 1755. Stone-ground whole wheat and bread flours with exceptional flavor.
Raw, unfiltered local honey from a small family apiary. Seasonal varietals with complex floral notes.
Pasture-raised dairy from a family farm I've visited personally. Rich, flavorful butter and cream.
